I’m Elise, the Director of House of Felicity.

I’ve grown up with Pilates from a very young age. I’m fun, bubbly, and very competitive, and I love to bring all my energy into every session I teach.

For me, Pilates is so much more than a workout. It’s a safe place and a time to detach from whatever is going on outside of the studio. It supported me through my sporting years and played a huge role in my rehabilitation and recovery, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing it with others.
