Terms & Conditions

By purchasing credits, entries, or membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Class Requirements
All clients must bring a towel or carriage mat, grip socks, and water to every class. Grip socks must be worn at all times for hygiene and safety. A towel or carriage mat must be placed on the Reformer carriage and remain there for the duration of the class.

Payments & Refunds
All payments are strictly non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, management may approve a temporary hold on your package or membership. Any extensions to expiry dates are at the sole discretion of management.

Late Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to cancel within this window will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a booked class will result in a $20 no-show fee.

Studio Conduct
House of Felicity is committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment. Any inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to remove any client from the studio. This may result in suspension or termination of memberships or packages without refund.

Package Validity

  • The Introduction offer and 5-class entries are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

  • Student Packages, 10-class entries are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • 20-class entries are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused classes after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Failed or Missed Payments
If a scheduled payment is not received by the due date, management will make contact. Access to classes will be suspended until all outstanding payments have been settled in full.
